FAQ What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a tool used to help speak to the subconscious mind, the mind that controls your everyday habits without you consciously being aware of it. Like breathing, brushing your teeth or driving a car. Ever driven home and arrive there without realising where you were the last ten mins or however long the drive was? Hypnotic trance takes over, it's all self-hypnosis and as the hypnotherapist I am just guiding you through the session to get the problem solved.

How many sessions will I need?
Usually 1-5 sessions is necessary but most of my clients only need one session to feel change then they move on to another issue to be solved.
What does a session look like?
Once you book in choosing a suitable date and time we can Zoom a meeting, speak of the issue you want solve and then start the process of hypnotherapy, making sure you're in a comfortable place to essentially meditate. Hypnosis is similar to meditation, as I guide you and you respond to my questions. This takes up to 60 mins.
