A holistic approach to life emphasises the importance of treating the root cause of any problem starting with the body. I love helping people find a safe space within their own body, stimulating healing by using mixed modalities such as Yoga, Breath-work, Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Movement and also Unblocking Subconscious patterns.  Let's get serious about healing and start this journey together!
